Shipping Policy

At Roagi Beauty, our commitment to outstanding customer service includes ensuring timely and efficient shipping. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday), starting from the day the order is placed.

Please note that while we strive to meet this shipping timeline, it is not a guaranteed timeframe. Roagi Beauty cannot be held liable for any delays beyond the average 4-5 day shipping period. The term “time-to-ship” refers to the interval between the order placement and the transfer of the product to the carrier for delivery.

Roagi Beauty offers shipping to most physical addresses within the United States. Each shipment is registered and comes with a tracking code, accessible in the customer’s account.

In the event of shipping damage, incorrect, or missing items, customers are required to contact Roagi Beauty within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a re-shipment of your order within 4-5 business days. This policy applies exclusively to the initial shipment from Roagi Beauty to the customer and does not cover any subsequent return or repair shipments.

Shipping days are counted as business days only and are in line with our courier’s schedule. Roagi Beauty observes all holidays recognized by our preferred carrier and operates from Monday to Saturday.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received by the customer, we advise filing a claim with the courier. In cases where the courier cannot locate the order, the customer must file a police report and then contact Roagi Beauty. For deliveries where a fee is unpaid, and the customer opts not to settle it, Roagi Beauty bears no responsibility for the subsequent handling of the order. It becomes the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Should a customer enter an incorrect address resulting in the return of the shipment, a reshipment fee of $5 USD will apply for addresses within the USA.

For customers who have relocated: If the item is delivered within the stated shipping time and the customer has moved, a $5 USD reshipment fee applies. If the customer has moved and the shipment is delayed beyond the quoted shipping time, Roagi Beauty will reship at no additional cost.

By placing an order with Roagi Beauty online, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Return Policy

Products eligible for return must receive prior approval from Roagi Beauty. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were originally shipped.
